Vader, but not fett. Vader was pretty nice in that he came out when I still didn't have anything for him in my 6" spot, and he nicely ended up being the best option. My only problems with him is the way they did his helmet, and, like a lot of imports, can't really grip the lightsaber tightly enough. Fett though, I've already got a good representation of him and I'd rather spend that fifty bucks on something higher up the priority chain.

It's good that fett turned out well though. I know it's not likely, but I'd really like them to get their act together for more than one or two releases a year.

Got Vader and Fett, I ultimately like the Vader figure better than Fett. Sculpts super nice on both, but I'm having a bitch of a time keeping his right arm in the socket when I adjust it to pose his rifle in.

Still going to buy Mafex Stormtrooper and Threepio and Artoo set, and get Figurarts Luke and Han / Chewie when they come out. The import 6" figures blow the fuck out of the Black Series regardless of the company for the most part.

For what it's worth, I paid $100 for mine when it first came out and I still love it.

The MAFEX Shoretroopers look great but the promo pics kind of make it look like the shoulder armor always hangs down straight, independently of the arms, like football pads. On the actual costume it moves with the arms. Is there any precedent for this on currently released MAFEX figures?

Yeah, the tanker is just kind of weird. I really liked the black series version as well as the figuarts shoretrooper so this guy should be a shoe-in too, but he just looks off. Like he's missing detail or something. Maybe I'll change my mind once reviews start coming out.

On the other hand I think I'm going to end up with 7-8 trooper versions across the different lines just from rogue one once everything's out, so I'm ok with skipping stuff at this point. It's nice to have this many options for slightly specialized grunts, but man, they saw me coming.
