Do I get Bumblebee or Chase? I'm rather fond of Bumblebee as well as obscure characters, and I don't think I have a good Bee in good condition - but I don't want to get both of them either.

And do I really need Triggerhappy? Was going to get Doublecross but I'm nervous about the clear plastic.

The mold is pretty good. It's like a redone version of the old classics legends bb. It tabs and holds together really well. I thought it would be flimsy like TR wheelie but it's a big improvement.

And will Legends Brawn be released as Rollbar eventually?

So felt like some seeker upgrades, which would be better?

And as a separate question, FINALLY found someone selling the coronation sets from the unofficial mp11 sets, problem is no standard starscream, should I go all out and buy the black shoulder pad version for skywarp and stay with it or TRY to paint up the set intended for thundercracker (since the shoulder pads just need some yellow, dunno what I'll do about the jewel on the crown).

Yes the asshole who's selling the sets is charging voyager prices, but I wanted a crown and cape set for the longest time and stupid me back when hasbro released their starscream I just never imagined they would reissue the takara version and I wish not to reboot my seeker collection yet again.

It's not that bad, anon, although I got the Takara version which certainly looks better than the Hasbro version, in my opinion. I'm not bothered by the IDW styling, but it's certainly what made him a hard toy to design. If they had stuck to his G1 design more, his Transformation could have been much more straightforward instead of having so many panels and kibble.

I really like his ankles, though, makes him very posable, and his alt mode is one of my favorites in the Legends scale.

They only had one Viper. Admittedly there were 3 Gnaw, but I'm trying to cut back on my frivolous spending.

Reading these reminds me why people like G1 so much despite not being the most thought out or well-designed iteration of Transformers.

There is also a line called Flip Racers -it's used also for Rescue Bots.

Dickie didn't show their toys but they are continuing making diecast cars based on Transformers.

There were also big stress toys based on TLK.

Today I decided to try shaving off a bit of plastic from gen Waspinator's knees to give them slightly more range than none at all... and the results are so negligible it wasn't even worth making a before and after comparison.

It's kind of annoying almost how far forward his knees will bend (due to the transformation) while the knees barely bend backwards at all.

I also ended up shaving a bit of plastic from MP Primal's shoulder locking pegs It always felt like you were dangerously close to breaking him when you pegged/unpegged the forward hinge in his shoulders because of how tight they are and how flimsy Primals "inner frame" is.

I just nicked a little off the peg, and a little off the slot, and now I can pull those arms forward and put them back into place much more gently and with a quiet little snap, rather than a fucking earth shattering crack each time they're pegged together or unpegged like they used to be.

Shaving a bit off those pegs and sanding down that paint-scrapping pin before the first transformation are now the two things I'd recommend new primal owners to do, assuming extremely tight shoulder locking pegs are a problem everyone gets.

Doing something like this that uses the limbs and maybe the head from MP-01 to make an articulated G1 Powermaster Prime.

I worked on it before the TR version was announced (or even leader magnus for that matter) as a little (slowly, slowly moving) side project using a beat up PM Prime.

I'm almost done with the cab but there's not much else I can use for Optimus Prime limbs at that size, and I might as well finish what I've started. I've got some Cybertron Prime parts that I considered using but the front/back hips ratchets are fucked in it.

I guess at the 60 bucks or so I'm seeing MP-01s at, maybe I should just buy a TR version and replace the cab and inner torso with the g1 version but I dunno.

I think it will look pretty lame in-hand.
The lighting in these photos are helping it look better than it is.
It has very little paint. The colours are mostly molded plastic which is why the truck looks cruddy. Looks like it has some orange paint applied with a sponge in various places. In person that effect will look poopy.

Gamma Ray seems to be Crosshairs but it sounds like maybe a weapon. Zodiac sounds like a Chinese/Japanese so i guess its Drift. Gas Giant might be Onslaught cause he will look big and bulky robot. Nova for Hot Rod and Super Nova for Rodimus, seems Hot Rod might reformatted into Rodimus in the film. Earth with weapons could be Hound cuz he had a lot of weapons. Lunar Eclipse seems to be Megatron, his battle mask looks like a crescent. Sun might be the Three-Headed Transformer or Grimlock but the dragons seems to be based from the Alchemy chimera.
