Statues are art, befitting of high class gentlemen collectors. Action figures are childrens playthings fit for plebian manbabbys who are weak of mind and flabby of body.

Action figures cannot be art because they are hindered by their interactivity. The pose is at the mercy of any random dullard neckbeard, many of which will be unable to bring out the figure's artistic value even by accident.
