We tried getting it to hatch on the 23rd, it pecked like once. We ended up having to hatch it manually after hours of nothing.

She played with it constantly for 2 days, then we ended up giving her a TORCH Furreal that she's been all about.

Thank god I got the hatchimal for free cuz if I paid I'd be pissed.

They kind of get a pass because they were only the distributor and it was the manufacturer that decided to switch to cheaper, more dubious chemicals after the toy had already passed initial safety tests to try and be cheap and make a bigger profit for themselves without notice to Spin Masters.

It's still a red mark on their brand but logistically it's not entirely their fault.
