What are these things called?
I had a bunch of them as a kid of this style but have no idea where they came from. All I can find online is this picture, from a page saying they came from Arby's in the 70s or 80s. However, I can't find any other sources to back this up.
Does anyone have any information on these? I'm really curious.

Seem more 90s to me. Maybe late 80s. If these were 70s they'd probably all be yellow and with a more traditional smiley face graphic.
