Using a couple of UV lights and the camera settings above you can make really neat effects with no Photoshop necessary (but I use it to increase the contrast afterward to make it pop even more).

By the most recent thread, I had figured out to use Photoshop to remove the blue reflection of the UV bulbs whenever possible. If there's not a lot of blue in the shot (where its absence won't be noticed), I just desaturate the blues and then darken them to match the surrounding.
