Just bought these from Brickmania last month for Early Christmas. I think this will become my new lego collection habit that will plague my account for a while. Anybody else here buy/build war vehicles?
Yes, Bf1 made me do it.
they look like shit

And you've got better?
>>6065737
Fuck where can I get that kv-2
>>6065752
ebay, amazon or Cobi's main website. They've got shitloads of WW2 vehicles.

not an argument

Do you have better lego war vehicles?

>buying war vehicles
>not building your own
Sorry senpai, but it sounds like you need to git gud at laygoes
>>6065690
DID SOMEBODY SAY BRIKWARS?!?!
>>6065690
that renault looks like fucking trash. The A7V is passable.
how much did this cost? Seriously been stalking brickmania and related sites but they charge like 100 fucking dollars for a small vehicle like the one on the right in ur picture. I can't imagine how much money they charged just for that A7V.

In all gray it doesn't look too bad IMO.

Why don't you just spend $10 on Bricklink for the pieces and build your own, instead of letting someone else spend $10 on Bricklink for the pieces and then charging you 10x markup?

>Why don't you just spend $10 on Bricklink for the pieces and build your own
Believe me, it's going to be more than $10 worth of pieces...

I like brick link its great for cheap used sets and spare parts but I don't have the instructions needed for any of the nice world war 2 vehicles brickmania has.
>>6068962
You could try digging around the various flickr groups until you find somebody that posts instructions/exploded views, I've done it with sci-fi stuff.
or you could build your own, in LDD or in real bricks
The Brickmania kits look really nice but they're like 3x what I'd even consider paying.
I thought lego didn't make war kits. Something about being pussies and how war isn't a game and shit.

yeah, but making star wars (which are literally war toys) and medieval war sets apparently doesn't bother them
>>6070374
Fantasy violence vs realistic violence. A rebel speeder with pew pew laser cannons doesn't depict war so much as a Humvee with an M2 does.

>yeah, but making star wars (which are literally war toys) and medieval war sets apparently doesn't bother them
they will start making them in the future
may be after 50 years or so.
Remember - its not sensitive if its old.
Remembr that lego makes figures of these soldiers that supposed to be a war-things
But that war is old so nobody cares.
1) become immortal
2) wait till everybody who remembered WW2 will die
3) profit
