boy, aren't those digimon devices hella expensive?
I should have bought one when I was a kid.
>>6063112
All i have is D-Arts Dukemon and Omegamon.
I bought the Applidrive, still waiting for that to come.
>>6063112
>TFW your favorite digimon will NEVER get a figure released
What's her name, /toy/?
>>6063576
not a digimon but my very first waifu back in the good old days
>>6063870
>Yolei
>Waifu
>>6063112
just want to point out that these dont work with the digimon fusion figures we got
>>6063899
Not with that attitude
>>6063870
power ranger balls are too small to fit digimon holes
Power ranger holes on a digimon's balls are too tight
also it's really hard to custom digimon anyway because of how unversatile the parts are
>>6063286
Yes they are, but I found Hikari's Digivice for 6000 yen on mandarake and I was t planning on buying the new d3 either but I saw it for about the same price because it was on sale o. Amazon. It's still not cheap because middleman fees and I'm not American but it was a good deal at least. I have a 2000 yen digital monster v 1 in the mail too from mandarake. I don't go out of my way to buy these but lurking mandarake is your best bet, they just put a few vpets up yesterday too.
>>6063899
I wonder if anything fits the new Appli monster toys? I feel like the joint system has to be used by other bandai toys somewhere because it has its own logo even on the back of the box.
>>6063958
what kind of yokai watch is this?
>>6063958
lookit those cutesy things. what ever happened to cool designs like Tyrannomon, Dorulumon and RizeGreymon?
>>6063112
It's a shame the newest series went full Yokai watch. Especially as it seems like they are putting a decent amount of effort into the animation and the CG.
Here's hoping down the road they end up actually including some OG digimon lore, like they did with Cybersleuth.
Would it be worth it to "save" my old D-Arts KOs from total obsolescence through customizing?
Some of the guys I own have pretty decent sculpts like Justimon, Saintgargomon, Dukemon, Belzeemon, Paildramon; and others seem piss easy to custom like Sakuyamon.
I'd post pics but they are stored away.
>>6063984
At least the Tri movies are being released simultaneously.
I want a AGP or Figma angewomon and masteriamon?
Even better. I want an angewomon dollfie dream :3
>>6063112
where can i get some digimon toys of recent origin? i want a greymon
>>6063112
I dont have anything.
I came here to see any news about Digimon stuff.
Only know about the statues.
But dont know if there is something else outside this
>>6063958
>>6064227
Only recent stuff you're going to find is either Appmon figures or statueshit. and do i remember seeing a greymon statue in a recent expo.
>>6067897
appmon?
I used to have some p awesome digi toys.
Digivolving Gargomon was my fav.
>tfw d-arts will never have anymore additions
Shame, really wanted Cheribumon and Diaboromon.
>>6068115
oh yeah... of course
dont know why I thought something like "phone apps"mons
>>6063947
Lewd
God damn I haven't even though about digimon in 10 years
In the early 2000s or late 90s, I had a sweet war greymon figure, and a greymon toy that transformed into metal greymon. I miss them so much now.
>>6068406
I had the kabuterimon that transform into megakabuterimon.
It was pretty cool
i have the D1,2,3,4 and that little silver flip top thing all original releases in good condition, what do they sell for?
>>6068128
>dont know why I thought something like "phone apps"mons
They are pretty much that in the show.
How healty have being the franchise?
and how much product it can move?
I know that they have the TRI ova thing.
But outside of that dont know if is making money or just being a dying brand.
>>6071773
Digimon has been living off of console games for years. Bandai just dropped XW partway through merchandise wise.
Appmon only has Digimon in the title and isn't hugely popular. But it is the biggest Digimon toyline in over a decade.
>>6071792
wow....
Im just really out of touch of whats new on digimons.
I thought appmon was just the name of 1 digimon.
But no, is really a complete series around they being "apps" creatures.....
with a subseries and everything....
But what I know is that I have seeing more Yokai Watches, and not a single appmon on shelves.
So there isnt much to hope about.
>>6071844
Because Appmon has only been around for two months with no plans of any international release. Even Digimon video games have barely gotten outside of Asia and needed huge feedback from fans. Digimon right now is the best it has been since the Frontier.
Digimon were always data and programs, so there's no reason why there shouldn't be lifeforms based off of mobile apps.
>>6071866
I guess it have to be wait and see if it grows.
And see if there is some kind of evil virus appgame, Microtransactionmon.
on any case, will try to keep it toy related
>>6063292
Just got the appli drive. Got the cover sets as well.
This is fun to play with.
Anyone else following this line?
>>6074450
How are they going to be releasing the other appli chip things?
Original Digimon game remake in June.
>>6074664
>3.5k for a glorified tamagotchi
I don't even know if that's a decent price.
>>6074656
Well there's a Cyber Arena set that has 7 chips, one of the Sevencodes comes with the Sevencode Pad, but most of them look like they'll be released in blind packs.
>>6074669
$30 is worth it. The other digivice releases were near $100
>>6074664
I'm really worried that when Agumon gets announced for Smash Brothers Switch and he gets a Digivolving gimmick, he'll change into that piece of shit Tyrannomon instead of Greymon.
>>6074816
Don't worry.
Digimon will never be popular enough to make it into Smash.
>>6074705
>but most of them look like they'll be released in blind packs.
Booo, that makes getting them all so inconvenient. I'll probably pass on appli device unless they end up on sale on HLJ or something.
>>6074450
I got the drive and holy fuck is it loud.
I don't care much for the non game electronics. But it is physically a beautiful peace.
Got the blue cover co.ing in my december order and I'll pick up the other two and maybe some blind chips later
>>6074827
>Pokemon Vs. Digimon rivalry
>20th anniversary of the V-pet
>Agumon's franchise isn't as high-profile as Street Fighter or Final Fantasy making him the prefect port debut.
>Namco Bandai, especially Bandai, needs another rep (This might also mean we'll get a Slime to go with Square Enix.).
>only Agumon and Patamon released
>Surely they'll release Gabumon...right??
Kill me now
>>6074765
No, they were barely $10.
I plan on getting Takeru and patamon and angewomon and angemon.
I wish they were posable, though.
>>6076553
>I wish they were posable, though.
Thats a wish with a ton of Statues I have seen
>>6076553
>Greymon, Ladydevimon, and Crimson Mode are coming
Angewomon was already expensive for what it is because exclusive.
>>6076564
Oh, man. Greymon looks fucking amazing. I may just buy the collection. Fuck having money.
>>6076564
ow my wallet, and ow my fingers maybe when i try to remove Tai
>>6064041
Whats wrong with justimon? Because you may be able to sell it to me.
>>6063112
Too lazy to remove them from the box were I stored them years ago, but you get the idea. Garudamon, WereGarurumon and MetalGreymon are chinese KOs, the rest are Bandai.
>>6080037
Add this too that's pretty much my whole Digimon collection.
>Loved the digivolving figures as a kid
>Think I'll check ebay to see how much they go for
>pic related
Why the fuck are they so much more expensive? not even just the MISB ones either, all of them go to $30 at the cheapest. Why are no other figures so pricey?
>>6063576
Oh, I know that feel anon
>feelsbadman
>>6079448
Nothing, just the bad articulation and being a KO.
I still want to keep him, though.
>>6075925
Where?
>>6080071
Nostalgia cycle, anon.
>>6075288
Man, I was wondering about this. I wanted Gabumon so bad to go with Agumon.
>>6080387
Yeah me too. I wanted Gabumon, Gomamon, and Tentomon. I got Agumon and Patamon when they first came out. I ended up selling Patamon because the ears were too short and the body was too big.
