This is just the first few that come to mind. Chii would be a dream, but I'm partial to anything Clamp. Disney Nendoroids is a must, but I would specifically like to see some baddies. The Evil Queen from Snow White is my fav; I'd like her to come with her magic mirror, poison apple, and the cool box she wanted to put Snow's heart in. Then there's Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny who need no explanation. They're the most realistic possibilities of my choices. Finally my wildcard, Fushigi Yuugi nendoroids. Highly doubt it would ever happen in a million years but it's one of my favorites and I like the designs.

1) Has Nendoroid ever sent a product where people paint it in like gunpla?

I actually had a case where a new Nendo from AmiAmi came without an essential part of the base arm to hold her up and all I did was point out that missing piece and a screenshot of my AmiAmi order once it was paid plus a shot of the box for good measure. If it was recent enough they may have a spare to send you though I would imagine more generic parts like a base arm are much easier to send.
