My vote goes to the Robot Spirits Sirbine.
>>6051293
Riobot Anubis
But Sirbine has a cooler design and it was great in animation, by which I mean it was fucking hilarious that it was a painting being moved around the screen with the camera panning in and out of it. It was a beautiful painting though.
I need to watch Orgun so I have an excuse to buy this toy. It looks gorgeous.
>>6051293
That's kinda cheating. Dunbine has the best mech designs basically ever.
My vote goes to the Salamander F2. Damn you Tomy for barely making any of these fuckers.
The one figure I couldn't bring myself to part with when I axed my Transformers collection.
Specifically the Car Robots version, I feel the paler transparent red catches the light better.
>>6054175
You should and it is.
Handing it to the Soul of Chogokin Big O. A damn shame Duo and Fau will never be even considered.
>>6054175
Fuckin do it. It's amazing.
>>6055305
>lol
Look at the toy quality. looks like shit.
>>6055287
truth.
>>6055291
Ouch. Anon, you nostalgia-ed me right in the gut. What did I ever do to you?
>>6055364
I actually went for the Max Goukin one and While I think they're both great looking, I liked how Max had that texture to him that made him feel more realistic. Like, it's a texture that isn't represented in the show but with the show's aesthetic, it fit with what Big O might realistically look like. Still, SoC does look really fucking nice. I just liked Max G's look better overall. SoC is still probably better bang for buck but I wanted to REALLY treat myself when I got him so price wasn't an object.
>>6055516
Right. I actually debated whether to go with the SoC or the Max Alloy figure but I edged it more to the SoC due to it being able to do a bit more in terms of features, particularly the opening cockpit.
A really big plus for the Max figure is the vinyl figures of Duo and Fau that can be displayed alongside it.
>>6055402
I like expensive shit from Yamato/Arcadia, ThreeA, Bandai, etc as much as the next person but a good design is a good design irrespective of the age of the toy.
too bad he has no toys (and no, he's not any old gun-pla kit)
the meganites need toys! especially Gllang and Laiole.
Not one of those idiots on gunpla general that post this constantly, but a ton of the five star story figures are fucking gorgeous. Not fun to play with, but certainly some eye candy.
>>6055484
Nothin, anon...here, have another photo of this beauty
Here's one of my favorites.
>>6051293
The EX Gokin line is phenomenal, it's a shame the prices are so high.
The Robot Spirits Char's Z'Gok. It looks pretty spot on to the lineart.
>>6056339
I'd buy the shit out of a Vavel
The individual component aren't special, but together its one hell of a sight. The articulation on it is incredible, and it looks like 3D Obari art. Gotta love the complex(if delicate) joint system meant to give him a dead-on Obari sword pose.
10/10
p cool
>>6051306
I do love my Anubis, however..
>>6060081
My vote goes to Black Getter
>>6060085
it's a kit, but still... The Kshatriya by Elyn Hobby
>>6061002
what a clusterfuck
you can't even make out the iconic features that make it the kshatriya
>>6061369
Green, pointy head, 4 nipples, 4 giant binders, looks good to me bud
>>6061369
it's a higer-than-perfectgrade-grade in 1/100 scale (the scale i prefer) . It's my favourite mech in the gundam universe, and by no means a clusterfuck :P may be your opinion, but still. I can agree tho, that this particular image makes it look messy. Here's a "cleaner" pic
along with the RD version
I really like the RD WaD. I ended up snagging 3 of them.
>>6061523
i didn;t even know this lil guy got a figure
>>6061369
It's a model kit. That particular modeler made his look that particular way. Gunpla is freedom bro.
>>6061507
>higher-than-perfectgrade-grade
This is an incredibly apt description, and I would agree with a single caveat added on; the extreme detail and minutia of the kit takes away more than it adds. I would glady trade away surface detail and built complexity if they could make this thing not a complete fucking hassle to build.
>>6061369
The iconic features are all visible to me, but I guess it depends on what you consider "iconic" to the design. To me, it's the doubling up of the Queen Mansa design elements, like going from 1 to 2 or 2 to 4 on things like the binders, knee spikes, and chest....circle things.
Kshatriya is essentially a double Queen Mansa.
>>6062862
>It's a model kit. That particular modeler made his look that particular way. Gunpla is freedom bro.
No, this is a released kit from Elyn Hobby. That is how it is. He just added somt touchup colours
>>6062862

I agree, and would gladly buy a MG or Ver.Ka model of this from BANDAI, but there is non, so this was easily the best choise. And i love mecha and detail, and realism, - here, you have all in one
>>6063707
Pretty sure it's a derivative of the old Neograde 1/100 kshatriya statue. It's not uncommon for GK mecha builders to just use other kits as a base and then cast them in resin.
In fact, that's exactly how virtually all resin conversions are done. They just build off the real deal and then resin cast their modified parts so they get a "perfect" fit onto the plastic frame
>>6060081
What is this? It makes my peepee hard
>>6063718
Looks like the Riobot Anubis from Zone of the Enders
>>6056923
Always loved the design but at this point I don't think I'll ever get over the cockpit dick.
Unfortunately missing the fantastic Robot Damashii figure, but the Ingram looks fantastic. I like simple and clean designs.
>>6063861
What am I looking at? I'm saying Elyn probably based their GK off Neograde's
>>6063807
Thx bby I'll giv u gud suk
>>6063976
oh i thought you said one GK dude did it with his kit, sry.
But no i don't think so, there are too many differences in the parts. Looks to me they remolded the parts
>hurr durr my giant super mech toy is better looking than yours
You fags wouldn't know beauty even if it exploded in your face
>>6064426
nice armament
>the kshatriya guy
>>6060118
I really should, I was uploading from my mobile
>>6063025
Dude, I love them both so much. Hopped right on that shit when It came out. Also Ryoma is on sale at HLJ
>>6063718
>>6063992
Definitely worth checking out, along with the second game
>pic related is also god tier
>>6056955
This thing is beautiful.. what is it? How can I haz?
>>6064644
Nevermind, reverse image searched. I'm oot, too expensive!
I love the Blodia
>>6063964
>Unfortunately missing the fantastic Robot Damashii figure
Eh, why are you missing it? It's in stock at several places.
CM's is my favorite Ingram. Right combination of size, solid, fun, and diecast.
>>6065162
They meant the lineup they posted is missing it.
I want a Yamato Ingram so damn bad, but cannot ever afford...I thought about going for the RD but the "cloth" parts are too blue for my taste. I tend to like it when Ingram toys skew more toward the grey side.
>>6066052
I just ordered one..really wish I could've bought one when it wasn't horrendously priced. Still it looks so damn good I felt it was a necessity in my collection.
This thread is terrible for my wallet. I love mecha.
>>6063906
I'm the same way, the only design I think it really works with is Vic Viper's, where it's so exaggerated it comes back around to looking cool.
>>6066052
>They meant the lineup they posted is missing it.
Ah! Of course. Makes sense.
