Hey, thanks, I ended up building CS and Blacktron versions as well.

Anyway to answer your question, I'm in the midwestern US, most of my Lego is in a nice dry basement, out of sunlight, no extreme temps. I really think it's a quality control issue.

From my mid-80s sets I've got exactly one cracked torso, and from the modern stuff, several. Including one that was already broken when it came out of the box.

I'm from the Netherlands and recently my Toxikita Torso cracked.
I did bring her along with me on summervacation to italy where there was very hot weather so that probably might've had something to do with it. It's also a figure i change out the legs with more often than others, but i'm always very careful about it.

I personally prefer his Animated series look, can get very menacing. I think the problem most people can have with the anthro croc look is that he is supposed act like a monster and not look like one (the skin defect was more than enough in my opinion) thus making him look like a walking reptile defeats the character's idea.

Help me out here, /lg/. I've been busy as fuck for 9 months and have had no time for Lego (the last thing semi-related I built was that big megabloks Krang. It was a disappointing build, and that was 9 months ago. I binged some artifex creation vids tonight and it got me in the mood.

Alright lads, it is built.

Pros:

>New cool rebel helmet
>Cool body for Baze Malbus
>Neat-o hatch
>Almost no gaps in the actual build, unlike previous AT-STs
>Very sturdy
>Holds together well
>Head can turn 360 degrees

Cons:

>Literally no printed pieces on the actual build, it is 100% stickers
>Is only one seated when the real AT-ST has two seats

My experience wasn't THAT bad, but it wasn't great. I had a few halo minifigs before this and one CoD set that required no real building. I thought the CoD figures were great. Really a step up. So I grabbed the classic Turtle single packs and the troop builder packs with Rocksteady and Bebop. Great, great figures. So I bought Krang because who am I kidding I buy every Krang.

Pieces just don't fucking fit together, because there's mold flash or because they're warped. Pieces are missing. Some shit just loves to fall off. The way they did the joints on the giant android body makes very little sense. Not a good experience, especially when you're used to lego.

But who the fuck am I kidding, I'll buy the party wagon too.

I built a really neat Cloud City interior MOC when I was 15. I was experimenting with LED bricks at the time, and I came up with a long hallway with windows along it with orange and blue lights shining through to simulate what the actual weather was like. It looked good, it definitely wasn't anything extremely creative in terms of building, but it is still probably the best thing I've ever built.

My regret comes in from me scrapping it for parts. I used to have so much fun flickering with the lights in it and having Tantive IV like clunky shootouts with my Stormtroopers and rebel mini-figs. In fact, I still sometimes play with my Lego even though I'm 19.
