This probably isn't the bets board for this, but I don't know where else to go, so. Anyone have any idea who/what this guy is? Found him in a relatives pile of crap, tried googling but got no info.
The first thing us /toy/soldiers need to identify your figure is some kind of copyright mark. It's usually on the back or bottom of the feet. Also what kind of material is he made of? hard plastic or soft spongy material?
That aside, I'm going to give a wild guess that this is some kind of promotional figure for a long dead tech company during the .com days. Plenty of startup companies wasted their investment money on bizarre promo items, including fully functional action figures.

Yeah, this is without a doubt a promo fig custom ordered by some company. You can always spot these because these companies put out horrible product stateside, except maybe for the one Blizzard uses and even then it's questionable.

Head looks like an eraser, "e" on chest... logo on head is also on belt...
It's more likely than anything just a promo item for some company that makes erasers or stationery or something. They probably gave it to employees or to people at some kind of event where they had a booth.
