The bike was far better than anyone around here is willing to admit. Superficially it completely works for displays featuring modern figures and it won't stand out, which is good for a vehicle from more than a decade ago. It makes the SoP, with all its beauty and engineering wonder, a debatable purchase based on the price difference vs aesthetic difference.

I have a feeling they're just holding on to this one since all Char merchandise prints money. Might be waiting for after the Origin finale or anime adaptation to start..

Also Bandai has no one but themselves to blame for Master Asia's failure. Delayed for fucking years while G's popularity started to dwindle. Looks like shit compared to the original prototype and missing key features such as a laughing/super asia face. Also the joints are a little floppy on it as well.

GTO's Eikichi Onizuka (and more importantly, his Zephyr)
King of the Hill's Hank Hill (and his lawn mower)

These last two years have actually been pretty cool for the older gen. Genti hooked us up with those sick Tatsunoko figs, and Bandai's given us not just another Kinnikuman line, but a Ranma one too. Hell, we even got a Sugoiyo Masaru-san figma on the way.

Now if only Bandai threw in the core 4 from YYH along with each major arc villain, I'd be set.

S.H. Figuarts Domon didn't sell well when he was released so Banzai hesitated on releasing Master Asia. They only did release him when it was G's 20th anniversary but like his student shelfwarmed pretty badly. We probably won't see Rain, Allenby and casual clothes Domon gets released.

Also want a poseable figure of Kira and Lacus from Seed but the two mech pilots shelfwarmed hard. Bandai won't probably make any S.H. Figuarts of any Gundam pilots/characters ever again ;_;
