The only thing worth anything is the "Treachery on Saluecami" speeder bike set. You can get $20~30 on eBay for it. Most 90's and 00's Star Wars figures go for next to nothing, but the vehicles always go for a decent amount, especially complete in box. Collectors want that because it fits with just about any era of figures and Hasbro rarely makes SW vehicles anymore.

Toss it up on eBay on a free 7 day auction with a starting bid of $10. See how you do. Worth a shot if you're going to sell the speeder bikes as well.
