Long ago I acquired this figure, I have no idea who is or what line of toys belongs, my only clues are the legend "WT venture ITC entertaiment" in the sole of his left shoe.
I already tried Google and I did not get results, if you know who this figure is, I would appreciate it

Since everyone is being boring - decided to try to help. I looked up that watermark - and it dinged a Thunderbirds thing, but no direct toy. Went looking at their links - and i saw a guy who looks like the toy, but nothing much else.
