Man, I got the U-Wing Rebel Fighter and I really love it. It got that kinda ugly, horsework look similar to the OT vehicles.

And it's not even the most expensive set in the wave, but it's really heavy and has a MASSIVE wingspan when the wings are extended out, well over half a meter.

When I made this order I actually made a mistake at first. The seller had 2 RR sets, Granite Grinder (pic related) and the one I have now. I accidentally bought Granite Grinder, but luckily I noticed a couple days after was was able to send them a message and work things out, and i sent them a few bucks over paypal.
Really I wouldn't have minded if not for the Rock Monster, which was my entire reason for getting the set.

People seem to buy the minifigs pretty well. The nice part about using Bricklink is that you can part out the figs and people can find them. It can tough to sell a cool torso without he right head and legs on Ebay. I'd say go for it. Bricklink isn't that hard to learn. If you want to expand after selling figs, you'll already have some feedback. You can always try Ebay and if they don't sell try Bricklink.

This general will lean you towards brick building, while the bionicle general will assist you with the constraction figures.

Bionicles and "real" bricks are quite different, so it depends on what you like. If you wanna try both, then go for a brick based set next. Also keep in mind that bionicle got cancelled.

If you're starting of with bricks i'd say go for
1) mixels
Many useful parts in different colours, quite cheap, can teach you how to build characters

Also great parts, good parts per price ratio, sometimes come with minifig, always 3in1 builds (meaning you can build 3 different models with the bricks)

If you really want minifigs go for cmfs or the city fun in the park set, if your budget allows it. But honestly i'd say a few ones are enough to get started

Bionicle's building system can be fun to mess around with, and if you had fun with that thing even a little bit, you're gonna like any of the other sets in the line.

If you wanna continue with Bionicle I suggest this guy; he's large and imposing, has a neat but unobtrusive gear function, and his colors match your Scorpio's (meaning you can mix their parts together and have more fun).

If you'd rather move onto standard bricks, grab a set from the Creator theme. No matter how big or how small a set you decide to get, you're guaranteed to have a good time.
