I need some help /toy/. I have been looking everywhere for some sort of monster toy for my joes to fight. All I've been able to find is kaiju and xenos. I would like some more variety then that. Any scale is fine
How bout the legions of the dead? Fight! Dokuroman skellies are 1/18 scale.
Too bad they didn't make the other two monsters
Beast wars basic size transformers.

Revoltech Gyaos is pretty good for such purposes.
For a larger monster, there's Diablo from Diablo 3. I'm not sure what's the pricing on that piece now but it wasn't that expensive when it came out.
Some of the villains from Figuarts work. Hell, some of the heroes from SIC work too. I have SIC KT as my monster race. And if we're talking Figuarts, we might as well talk Monsterarts.
Some vinyl kaiju work as well. Of course, a lot of them are probably too silly to fit in but there's a few that fit in pretty well. It depends on how articulated you need your monsters to be. If nigh-statues work, I think Ben10 actually came out with a few "realistic" staction figures a few years back too.
Berserk Garo's great if you can find him in decent condition for non-rape prices. I just ordered that new-ish "Garo goes rabid" form precisely to pit against my 1:18ths.
Personally, I'm using MSIA and Revoltech as the robot apocalypse for my Joes. Even some TFs work for that setting.

revoltech's monster hunter line has some nice looking poseable figures
>>6007217
Or these.
>>6007218
also revoltech's takeya line may give you some demonic looking bad guys
>>6007221
How do they scale with figmas?
>>6007211
It's too bad he's clear plastic. I have one, and the sculpt is awesome, but I know he'll crumble someday.
>>6007291
they're around 13-14 cm tall

I so badly want mutavore for my kaiju collection. I can't find him for non rape prices in the uk. Is he worth spending more than RRSP to get him imported?
I like neca's diablo. Very solid figure and comes in blue too.

Do you like spiders? Do you like giant monster spiders? Do you want your Joes to fight giant monster spiders? Get the Mattel Harry Potter Aragog deluxe figure, it's fucking awesome.
>>6007390
They have him marked down to $50 at my local FYE. Still too much for me.
>>6007875
FYE? And the cheapest I can find him for is £60. which is roughly $80. So i'd kill to get him that cheap
>>6007786
or his fellow Giant Spider friend from LOTR
Free Hugs!

Wait, the toy is clear plastic covered with a ton of paint apps?
>>6008011
>>6008107
I guess they thought the skin would look more lifelike if it was semi-opaque? I don't own one so I don't know.
>>6008011
Based on some things I read I stayed away from it and went for the simpler Aragog. Something about the joint system making it really awkward to display on all its legs.
Schleich brand stuff is on clearance at toys r us. I got this giant scorpion for joes and figmas to fight. Really want a grifffon too.
Then theres the Tribolite from Prometheus for all your tentacle/dick monster needs.
Sorry for the shitty pic.

>Tribolite from Prometheus for all your tentacle/dick monster needs.
Absolutely essential to recreate many scenes from the cartoon.

What's that T-Rex from?
>>6008719
The 2005 King Kong toyline. It's called a Vastatosaurus Rex.
McFarlane Toys is like 30% demonic hellbeasts with A+ sculpts (but limited, and in some cases, nominal, articulation).
They expected to cash in on the collector's market, so you can get them for nickels on the dollar nowadays.
>>6008874
Like, in every wave, there'll probably be at least one monster, beast or creature of some sort.
>>6008107
The joints are all clear plastic.
>>6008343
did you cut in and add those joints yourself?
>>6008896
Not him but if you mean for the scorpion tail, no it comes like that. Which I know is weird for that brand but it's pretty cool
>>6008874
Oh fuck, I have this guy, as well as a weird bull thing with a mouth on the back of his head.
I also have what I think is Spawn without his black suit shit. Any idea what the former two are supposed to be from though?
>>6008848
Cool, thank you :)
