We'll the base figure is 20, and if you don't have your own box and have to use a USPS box, the size that fits the fig is 14 and some change. I live roughly 100 miles away from my nearest TRU, and having already driven up there twice looking for figs I've already spent more in gas than the overpriced 40. Yeah, I was also really surprised at how loose he was there after removing the protective plastic on his waist.

There is a very easy fix, though! Just pull him apart at the waist, it's simply a ball joint that extends from his lower torso and plugs into a socket on his upper torso. Cut a small square of scotch tape just large enough to cover the ball joint (a single layer will do, I tried a double layer of tape and it was too tight!) and place it onto the ball. Plug the ball joint back in and voila, no more loose waist!

Only takes a couple minutes and fixes him right up.

The fwoosh guy said his fell off in his review, he managed to glue it back on seemingly without issue though. Probably just weak glue in the factory or something. Still a solid 9/10 figure in my opinion.

Mafex Boba is one of those figures that reminds me why I collect action figures. It makes me happy just looking at it.

I just got SHF Jango and I tightened the waist joint with superglue and the figure feels all the better for it.

While the shoulders may be a bit restricted, it wasn't nearly as bad as some reviewers made it out to be considering how you could actually shuffle the armor piece into his torso at the back. As far as I can tell, while this isn't Bandai's best work, it's definitely not as terrible as how they handled their Ultron which was an absolute shit-show.

Also, whoever said that this guy's legs are skinnier than the BS must have never actually held this guy. Comparing the two in-hand, smooth as the sculpt may be, the Figuarts Jango actually has some pretty thick legs if you look at it from various angles (possibly on par or even slightly thicker than the BS Jango's legs).

Overall I'm glad I never dropped my order. Some people's reviews made it sound like this is another dud like Ultron, but once you tighten up the waist joint (pretty easy to do), it's easily a 9/10 figure, which is the same rating I'd give the BS Jango anyway.

Looking at the way his neck is sculpted and how easy it is to remove his helmet, I can foresee Bandai packing his unmasked head with another figure just like they did with their Vader.

Hasbro's been spot on with him for a long time.

They just have very famous features that some artists can do in their sleep.
I think Mark Hamill is hard to do because of his accident and they need to make him look younger, so they tend to oversimplify his face to do that.
Girls are notorious in being able to be sculpted well, because make up hides features and they also need to undersculpt them to make them look prettier. So even when they've used the facial scans, it doesn't turn out well.

Sometimes the figures warp in the package because of the way they're placed. Either return it and get another one if you can or just dip the legs in hot water for awhile then dip them in cold while straightening them out and you should be able to bring them back to normal.
