Now that we're getting SHFs I'm pretty sure we'll get more than just the "first wave" of figures. I doubt we'll ever get such a giant cast of characters like SOTA was able to but we'll finally get past the Ryu/Ken/Akuma/ wave with some other iconic characters, but yeah if you have a semi-popular character don't count on him getting one. Alternate costumes? best you can hope for is a Player 2 color..

Cammy, Sakura are extremely iconic and we'll likely get their figures which is good since the SOTA ones are nice but could be better and the Play Art Kai ones are not as bad as people say but not my preferred scale. There's also that company doing the SF and Mortal Kombat figures let's see if they can also get past their first wave. Their Ryu looks better than SHF's.

Depends on how hard Bandai messes up with the first few figures. Terry had an awesome prototype as well as a whole fuck ton of other characters in the wings but the actual product was ass.

Their Sakura was almost perfect. how can they say it's bad? They even improved on the old ugliness. Cammy would have been almost perfect as well, if not for the knee.

i love how lines today get so many passes on ugly joints, yet Cammy's doesn't actually look as bad compared certain modern lines.

Obviously, i still think Cammy's is awful, same way I think certain modern lines are awful as well.

I am hoping they will focus more on Ryu and Chun Li's sales and use that to figure out where to take the line from there.

That poll reminded me how much I wanted a Q figure.

As much as I'd love them to use Ryu and Chun Li as the info for where to take the line, I feel they will see two selling well then a drastic dive and just assume everyone has the two they wanted and then just move any (if any) future releases to exclusives.

I think that's why Bowser went exclusive. Mario and Luigi...then Yoshi. I could actually understand making Yoshi exclusive since he was basically a massive accessory for Mario.

Yoshi wasn't exclusive and I think that's where the line started going downhill. I remember seeing on Amazon jp that he is discounted at 50% when he is 2 weeks before his release date. Since we didn't see an S.H Figuarts Peach on the event, it's likely that they cancelled the line. I hope the SF line really sells well.

Then doing a bunch of packs of enemies as exclusives really put me off the line too.
