Pretty much like in the game. The robot and turret form are actually realistic and work, but the cannon mode was rushed into the game because the ultimate Bastion had during the beta was something completely different and also really overpowered.

Blame Blizzard. The model cheats hard because bastion's ultimate was changed really late into development and his design never integrated the tank part of it onto his body. There's really no where to store the treads and keep Bastion looking accurate with how his legs work in his other modes, which is the same problem the model has in the game. He just shits solid treads out of nowhere. The figure looks like it can go to turret and recon mode no problem, but the barrel and treads will partsform for tank mode. Apparently the partsforming treads actually roll because of this.

We're not sure. Normally third party stuff is sold online at typical transformers retailers like BBTS, TFSource, Captured Prey, The Chosen Prime, etc. DX9 is the company that the proto came from so look them up along with their other brand: Unique Toys.

Stateside online stores like the ones above typically do not/will not sell actual knockoffs because then Hasbro will stop supplying them with official transformer stuff. Third party typically skirts the line enough that they can get away with selling them.

This is different since this is Blizzard we are talking about. Even if they don't sell anything of Blizzard's in any official capacity (except maybe BBTS) Blizzard might go after them for whatever reason. There is a chance that this will only be sold in Asian online shops like Robot Kingdom (who owns DX9) or Action Robo.
