Yes, it is a very flawed figure. In addiction to the twisted torso, it also has no ankle rockers, and even straight out of the package the claws will be bent to shit and require boiling and straightening. The eyes will need to be painted white yourself if you want it comic/cartoon accurate. And as far as scale, it's way too tall for a guy that's known for being a manlet. But if you only want tiger stripe your options are very limited.
