I'll bite. I don't buy much recent stuff (AT and the Visell series were the most recent that I got). KR was interesting when they still did artist series that didn't involve reskinned dunnies.

They have articulation, most of them.
Before you were born we used to play with just single plastic casts of our favorite characters and those were toys. Your definition is pretty limited to your relatively small experience.
I think 90% of toy collectors would say that toys aren't meant to be played with, so keep that in mind.

I've seen threads for crazy bones so this is fine. My main gripe regarding art toys is the lack of mechanical ingenuity but that's just a personal preference. Feel free to prove me wrong though, I'm not gonna be disappointed if I learn about a new toy I might like.

Anyways I just wanted to say I dont hate that people like these. I dont mind statue shit and I would probably pay a lot for a design I liked from an artist. But I really just dont like any of Kidrobots designs or their style really.
