I already picked up the illidan and Arthas. They're pretty damn cool, the weight feels like a good substitute for the lack of meaningful articulation.

I think Tyrael, ghost, arthas, illidan, and stitches are the only characters they're releasing? Which would be a shame because I would love Muradin or Uther.

These probably ended up in clearance because how fucking awful Nova is. She has breakage issues and false advertisement issues relating to her legs being set super far apart on the final version which makes her butt flap more noticeable while posing.. Not to mention the paint on the face got derp-tier on a lot of copies. What a damn mess.

The other 4 figures are pretty solid though. I have zero hope for Sylvanas though because Nova looked good at first too and then ended up shit-tier.

Even if you find a Nova without derpy eyes or misaligned paint the final face looks nowhere near as attractive as the prototype which was by no means perfect. The main issue comes in the fact they over-paint her lips and make her look like some kind of tranny combined with the ugliness (see: lack of femininity) of poorly painted eyelashes.

I saw these things in TRU and the QC was all over the board. Some looked good but others were a disaster area of chipping paint, random smudges, warped parts, glued on wrong stuff and other issues. For $11 you can't go too wrong but god damn NECA needs to get it's shit together because you pretty much have to buy them in person or prepare to be disappointed. Sylvanas will end up suffering much more because to do females justice your quality control has to be spot on. Small mistakes in application can turn women ugly really fast compared to some raging orc or monster where you have more leeway to fuck up.

Nova's QC problems were really weird even if you just compare it to her wave mates. Her paint was ass while arthas and tyrael were actually impressive, yeah, but then she had a ton of breakage issues where the others were fine. I've got a sylvanas on PO only because she was a set with raynor, so I'm hoping she's good, but I'm not expecting much.

Got my Arthas today. He's really cool, thanks for the heads up, man.

Only real complaint is how hard it was to get the sword in his hand. Other than that he's a really cool figure.

I might remove the hair bits from his head. I don't really care for how they look, and I don't play WoW so I'm not partial to the character, I just wanted a cool looking dark knight figure.

Ya, she's pretty cool, and so is the hand. It's also a good thing since her range of motion is a little weak, making it quite hard to get a convincing looking rifle holding pose. So I just go with the confident/arrogant Ghost that she is, with the gun pointing down and her finger gun aimed.

Neca's QC in general has gotten much better in fairly recent times, at least ever since their first ultimate figure. Still the occasional issue, especially with their hip setup, but otherwise they're pretty good overall.

I don't think I ever owned a Neca figure before, so the two I ordered will be my first. Just grabbed Arthas and Nova because I like their designs and I'm hoping the figures do them justice. I've paid more for lesser quality figures so this deal was hard to pass on.

If you like them I'd suggest getting the whole set, especially Stitches. I did not at all expect to like him as much as I did. Illidan is also quite cool, though he could stand to hold his weapons a bit better, and Tyrael is just a really nice looking figure, though the articulation could have a bit more range, to maintain the sculpt, I get why it didn't. Hope you like the ones coming! I really do think the HotS lines is one of their best, and I'm happy they seem to be well, which I hope persists.

He's definitely a figure worth owning. Mine had his lower intestines missing and for about a year now I've been in contact with NECA customer service about getting some new ones and I've yet to receive them. I might as well buy a new one now that they're cheaper.

That's how I'm feeling about Thrall after getting Arthas. I've been wanting an orc figure, and some fantasy figures in general. So if they maintain the level of quality of Arthas I'll be more than satisfied.

Hopefully we get a third wave and they make a figure of Muradin. I need a dwarf figure.

First I bought the leg literally disintegrated out of the packaging as I tried to untie and remove her.

Second I got her out, put her in a pose and she fell over.
I'm talking on a desk simply fall face first and IMMEDIATELY her head snapped at the neck and skyrocketed off.

I'm looking to buy a Neca Alien/s figure but after doing some research I can't decide which one to get. I'm in between the 79 Big chap figure, the Isolation figure, or the genocide black figure but that's all based on looks. I've seen a bunch of YouTube and amazon reviews complaining about easily broken joints, particularly on the big chap figure and I don't wanna blow money on something that's gonna break as soon as I open it. Right now I'm leaning more towards the Isolation figure but something about buying a figure based on a game I didn't play instead of one based on the movies I've actually seen is triggering my toy autism. Anyone have any suggestions?
