Not that Anon, but clear plastic of any kind is much more brittle than colored plastics. It's a shit tier material, especially for anything load bearing like a stand. I wouldn't be surprised if those pegs just broke at random.

I really don't like the latex look. You really can't have a full suit of glossy latex and have it not look like fetish wear. In the show it seems to have more of a leather or matte finish. Nor is it quite as skin-tight as this, the shit looks painted on. The Nendoroid got it right, this is just coming off a little too sexualized for the character.

I'll still buy it of course because Celty is best girl and honestly one of my favorite characters out there, but I'm a little disappointed.

Can't read moon but from having one in front of me in order to shorten the inner structural torso part you need to cut off some from the bottom then drill the hole deeper to ensure you can still fit the original joint peg without shortening it. This ensures the same "hold strength" in a more compact torso.

Not sure why the glue. seems unnecessary. Might make it behave like a regular one piece torso to make posing easier?

Not all clear plastics are.
He's parroting the same blanket misinformation that's been floating around here for years.
SOME clear plastics, especially the ones used in 90's-early 00's toys were brittle, and could shatter with almost no effort. Even more so now, as the plastic has aged badly.
Most modern plastics, especially the PVC used in Figmas are a different formula than those used back in the day.
The clear plastic used in the Archetype she 2.0 and Crystal Bowie is the same used in all the other Figmas only there's no pigment added. The plastic used in the stands is a different formula than what was used in the old days as well. It's nowhere near as brittle. Figma stands are a lot stronger than people like to make them out to be.
It's just another case of someone repeating some bit of incorrect information as if it were gospel truth.

4340 yen is a nice price point but technically she is still overpriced as fuck. I mean she basically comes with a scythe, a phone and a smoke effect. No face plates and no real paint detail. It's probably the same reason Motoko Arise was so cheap.

The bigger a fan is the less tolerant they are to small imperfections. I don't really care about the show that much (and haven't all of it) but I don't see the problem to be honest.

I can understand people's frustrations regarding some of the main flaws and perceived flaws though. The glossy paint job isn't ideal, it'd look better matte. The breasts are a bit big but not horrible depending on the art you look at. The torso looks a bit long due to the larger breasts plus the need to slim the torso to allow for articulation but her proportions aren't actually too far off.

The smoke is meh but some of the moments in the show have it looking meh too. Would have been nice to get a alternate smoke heart effect but clearly they are phoning this one in and trying to keep the price low as possible. It's not perfect but it gets the job done in my opinion. I wouldn't say their heart is in this release passion wise in comparison to some of the more well thought out releases.

Anybody pick up the reissue lucina and have problems with the joints? The ball socket for her shorthaired head is super loose. Like, to the point where I can't tilt her head without it coming out. I had the first release last year and I don't remember it being a problem at all.

Meh. The crash dummy body anatomy is not that appealing. On most cases I'm usually articulation > sculpt kind of guy, but on naked body I'd sacrifice waist articulation for better sculpt. Also they should've cut the chest articulation just below the boobs like QB revos and modern Marvel Legends to hide it better, rather than one ribcage below the boobs
