This Foot Clan set is a huge triumph for NECA. I've been waiting on these figures forever, and I never, NEVER thought I'd see the entire line (Utrom included!) make it out. I own the turtles still, the REAL ones, so this feels like a great refresher for that set.

I assumed we'd get a "video game" Shredder or something, but the foot soldier AND elite guard too? It really makes me happy that these are coming. I don't know what stick had to be dislodged from Playmates' asses, but God bless whoever crawled up there to do it.

Now I'm wondering if I want a black and white set too...

Got the Ultimate police station assault Arnold yesterday. What an awesome figure. The detail on the alt heads are incredible. I hate how he can only hold the shotgun and machine gun in his left hand so the right only holds the pistol. Kinda wish they added more alt hands for more customization. Still an awesome fig regardless.

I think the articulation is pretty good. Some joints seem stiff, others loose. I may get another Xenomorph later, like the gorilla one coming out. Either way, it has a great shelf presence. I'm putting him next to my Pyramid Head figure since he looks very fleshy, like something out of Silent Hill 2.

I only want it for the chestbursters and the paint job on them is crap they look like they were painted to look like bacon strips and I have a 2 sets of face huggers both regular and gitd variety so I don't need any more of them.

This. Resurrection was schlock but it was still fun. Personally while Alien 3 wasn't the best ending that the series could have had, I thought it was a decent way to end Ripley's character in a bittersweet light. I'm still bummed that it might get retcon'd out of continuity by the upcoming Alien film especially since I don't Neill Blomkamp's recent track record with District 9 being his one-hit wonder.

I personally don't care much for Alien 3, but the extended version certainly is better than the original one, and let's all be honest for a second here, Many of us didn't liked AvP either, but the figures have being great so far, if anything they add something about the movie for people to like, despite my opiniões On the movie the Dog Alien is my favorite Neca Xeno so far, i hope they keep making figures from all kinds of Alien, predator, and AvP sources.

Picked up Vasquez and drake tonight.

Neca really needs to start including instructions if they are going to pack their figures broken down as much as Vasquez is.

I still can't figure out where the hell they want the random wire going that comes off the smart guns armature to go.

She's a great figure and proabably the best of the humans in the line despite the total lack of direction for her gear.

How the fuck do I get these helmets to sit flush?

Remove the top part of the helmet itself so you just have a collar. Boil some water, remove the head on whomever you have, hold the headless figure in the hot water so the suit's collar gets soft, then put the collar of the helmet into the softened grooves, line up the notch, and press firmly all around. If you got the plastic hot enough it'll slide right in. Leave it to cool and you're good.

It's a tight fit otherwise.

I just took apart the entire arm assembly at the hinge joints on the end and put it back together to where the wire flows smoothly from the gun towards the back. I tucked the extra wire in the the back of the vest where the flashlight pack plugs into the back and it now looks like the wire feeds into the backpack.

The worst part about the movie was that it took place in present day for some odd reason, and the human subplots were shoehorned in far too much. AvP Requiem was actually decent. Had it been set in the future, on some type of bleak backwater planet for human settlement, it would have been perfect.

If you don't have any I'd recommend dipping your toe in. They're fun toys and the engineering alone is more exciting than the typical NECA figure. Really depends on what you had in mind though. SHF/Revo/Figma threads are worth a look.

This is one of my favorite toys ever made and what I'd recommend, but not for much over original retail price. I love my two Mezco Batmans and think they're peak of Western action figures today.

It really depends on your interests and what you want out of a toy. I'd say find you a SH Figuarts for a reasonable price and enjoy some nice hand candy.

Thanks for the answers guys, after pondering on the topic, reading your opinions and consulting a few friends i came down to either the T800 or a SHF/Revo/Figma for a change, will start checking these for options now and, if nothing grabs my attention i'll just go with Arnold.
About Batman, i've decided to wait for a more financially comfortable moment to buy it, doing it now wouldn't hurt, but would set me back from getting a few other figures that i've being wanting for some time now (Vasquez, Scarface etc), besides, i can only find it for aftermarket prices anyway, so it's not like i'm missing on the retail price right now either.

Like someone else said paint could be better, but not enough flaws to ruin the figure.

The torso articulation is a little loose but it's functional, and the blue guys pistol think wont latch closed, but those are the only flaws. Very minor stuff.

One of the key points of the aliens' camouflage is that they blend into their surroundings in dimly lit/dark areas. Anyway, I think it was a DECENT movie because it focused on what each franchise did best. The aliens were threatening and creepy, attacking in hoards when necessary and stealthily and violently picking off the humans most of the other times. Meanwhile there was a LONE predator who relied on stealth to actually hunt the aliens (mainly the predalien). The human stories were boring because NOBODY would have given a shit about them anyway. People went to see the movie because a predator was going to fuck up some aliens. That's exactly what we got. For once, it seemed like the humans were only there as death fodder instead of a focus on their lives.

Like I said, I wish it had taken place in the future on some backwater planet. Having it take place on present day Earth was just retarded to me, but they kind of had to do that since the first movie made the retarded choice to be set in present day Earth.
