Old SSJ Vegeta has been out of print for a long time and probably costs up the ass now.

Premium Color is just a recolor of the old one, released as a loophole because Bandai refuses to directly re-release PB exclusives.

The new SSJ Vegeta is a brand new mold similar to the armored Trunks that came out earlier this year.

But there are a few prototypes that will take awhile till they are released (3 years). Tien and Yamcha could take awhile longer or they could be relatively soon (next year or 2018).

This is the last one I took, will try and take some more this weekend. The quality is pretty impressive, obviously the hair weighs an absolute ton which makes him difficult to pose. My only complaint is the fringe section of the hair likes to come out as it doesn't peg in properly, I'm tempted to glue it but need to see how it'll affect face swapping first.

How much will I hate myself if I get one to do a lot of modding and touchups?

I hate how rounded the edges of Figurise Cell's armor is, it makes him look like a shitty kid's toy. I want to sand it down and smooth it out a bit with some model putty.

I'd also like to give it some toe articulation like the SHF cell.

I really like the sculpt of the figurerise Cell honestly, and I definitely think it looks infinitely better than the SHF which to me is one of that lines more fucked up looking figures. I'm surprised to see people responding negatively to the kit.

That said I'm a bit baffled as to why these kits aren't better scaled to the SHFs because that seems like an easy way to help them sell better. But I don't actually have any of the SHFs anymore because I don't really like how most of the DBZ SHFs look. I'm just thinking of picking up the kit to have a nice looking Cell figure cause I like his design.

The Figure-Rise kits are their own subline, with a more proper 1/12 size than Figuarts (though based on Gohan being the same size as Figuarts, who knows, someone went wrong). I really do like Cell too. I personally think the kits are great so far (they could use a bit of a paint touch up, but it isn't necessarily required to make them look good). Now that the last preorders are up for the figures we knew were coming hopefully we can get some new announcements. In terms of things we haven't seen, I'd love to see Hit get made. Piccolo is of course a given. And of course many more.

They're not going to reuse any part, at least not fully. Nothing would fit. Trunks is too short to reuse, they're going to make new heads despite the similar appearance, if even just change a few things. Pants might be similar to the standard set used but that's because they're always drawn similarly. And there's no way they're reusing Piccolo's cape, you'd have to be blind to assume that.
