Anyone has MegaHouse Variable Action figures. Are they worth

I have Luffy, Zoro, and Nami and I feel Nami and Zoro were worth what I paid. Luffy is the weakest of the three I have. I wish he was $15 cheaper.

I like them. I'm also not a scale autist so having them and other sized figures doesn't bother me one bit. I don't like them enough to pay the price creep that they have going on now, and especially not 9800Y. I think I'll stop collecting them, which is too bad because I wanted Sanji.

I have Mihawk, Luffy, and Ace (the reissue). Ace is fucking incredible, but has two joints which pop out like crazy (the right foot and mid-torso) so that knocks him down from perfection. Mihawk is also pretty damned good but there's no way for a single arm to hold up his giant sword. The elbow is too weak. His hips also have a lot of give to allow him to sit cross-legged, but it means he can tip over really easily. Luffy I love just for it being a simple but well done version; I think he looks best if you pop his torso and remove the sash. The lack of effect parts is a waste, though.

It's a good line, but they have a lot of issues to settle.

I have a VAH Jizuri Suzaku, pretty nice but I wish her ankles had a little more side-to-side motion, and her giant wrenches are pretty hard to work into her holding hands.

I'd like to get as many of the Straw Hats as I can.

All I can say no way in fujohell he will bin. But there will be tons of pictures on release so maybe, if you are fast enough, you will be able to pick it up after the first wave of Japanese unboxings.

That's my main issue with Luffy for how much he cost. He should have at least a stretched out arm or a piece of meat for that price. Nami came with a lot of cool parts.

I have VAH Luffy, Law, Ace, Sabo, Zoro, Nami, Mihawk, and Chopper. I have Sanji, Hancock, Robin, other Nami and Gintoki on preorder.

Each figure has it's own issues. Luffy's sash can crack if you pose him putting stress on that piece. First run Law has weak ankles, but second run doesn't. Ace is as close to perfection as you'll get. I don't recall any issues with Zoro and Sabo either. The hat on my Mihawk flops off rather easily. Chopper is shit. And Nami is great, minus she can't really stand on her own.

See, they are both good figures, but I like Ace as a character better than Zoro. Plus he's an awkward figure due to his outfit. Ace is very simple. Mine spends his days sitting with bananas.

Yeah, I love the Ace figure. The torso is easily the best engineered one I've ever seen. The range of motion is crazy dynamic, and it lets him have the best punch poses I could ever imagine.

DARK JUSTICE is finally here, but he's feels a little lackluster for some reason.
I was expecting something like a finger-pistol effect part, but having the hat, coat, and hattori be removable seems pretty cool. Would've preferred the standard version instead of Gold, but still instant-preordered.
These things better be worth the price though. They're really damn steep.

The displayed figure's shoulder is in the same position as the promo pic. Also that part is under his collars in the promo but it is higher on the actual displayed figure. It's not about shoulder being up or down.

judging from what I've seen with other VAH figures, I bet the chest part of his robe is free floating and you can push it down lower on him.

I wish they had done pre-timeskip Zoro, so he didn't have this fucking skirt messing with his legs. Otherwise it's the best (only) Zoro figure, so of course I had to get it.

Waiting to see the true leg articulation on Sanji, I want a pair, but only if he can really throw that leg up there.

My only problem with my Zoro figure is that compared to all the other figures, his head feels like it's too small.

Anyone else see this?

VAH has had enough success to warrant reissues. As a Bandai company, that seems to be reserved mostly for their best sellers, so it's probably doing well enough to keep releasing well into the future.
