Best price/quality EVA figures

Your main options for non-kit figures are the Robot Chogokin, RAH, and Revoltech Eva EVO figures. Robot Chogokin is expensive due to aftermarket pricing but has a great sculpt and good articulation, however it has badly designed hips that are gappy as hell if you move the legs outward. The Revoltech has a terrible head sculpt and rubbery bits you may or may not like, but it is great for dynamic posing and action shots. RAH is very big and has excellent quality but is really fucking expensive, and has rubber coating which may dissolve over time.

My personal pick is robot damashii. Not as awkward like revoltech and still playable. Not to mention really good quality and decent accessories.

If you want to pose your Eva's in dynamic poses with cool accessories go with the revoltech.

If you want to pose your Eva's in static poses go with Robot Tamashii, as it looks like a gappy mess when you move it's legs.

I'd generally say revoltech, but eva 01 is really the weakest figure in the line, due to the weird head sculpt. If you only want unit 01 I'd bite the bullet and go for the robot tamashii, if you want to collect a few evas go for the revos.

Pretty much comes down to if you want a lacklustre head sculpt of the revoltech or the nasty ass hip joints of the RD.

Though the open mouth Eva 01 head isn't that bad for the revoltech.

I have the revoltech and the robot damashii. The robot damashii worth the price honesly, the articulation is much better and my revoltech had paint start chipping pretty quickly. The only problem i have with the damashii is the chest joints are fairly loose.

Yeah off the feet, there is also some fading or something on the thigh. The one i got is the Revoltech: 032 Eva-01 New Movie Edition Action Figure from Amazon. His legs also dont rotate straight forward well so you can't really get him into a good running pose or anything. He's a passable figure especially if you dont pose your figures a ton but just not as good as the damashii (pic related)
