I found these guys on my birthday yesterday in a separate display of summer hit toys at toysrus. It was the entire wave but I cherry picked deadpool and wolverine.
My friend got Phoenix and a spidergwen that was the first figure on a peg and on sale for $15.
Deadpool is way better than I was expecting but I have to complain about wolverine not having a rage face, it makes a lot of his poses really awkward.

Finally found another Deadpool today. I found one right away, but there was some sort of puncture-looking mark on the top of his head so I left him in box, hoping I could find another one.
