The 1 year rule for reviving people.
They only barely managed to defeat raditz and it cost goku his life. So they used a wish to revive goku and not raditz. That automatically eliminates raditz as being possible to revive.
Then they fought nappa and vegeta. Nappa died and they had no reason to revive him. Then a year passed and they still had no reason to revive nappa.

Akira may not give enough of a shit to remember what he wrote to avoid plot holes and inconsistencies, but this is one case where he didn't fuck up.

Awakening Goku and the other 2.0 molds (Saiyan armor Trunks and the upcoming Vegeta and Gohan) are going to be the best versions of that specific character. Broly is also pretty much perfect and has such a satisfying size and mass to it. Android 16 is another great one, I think his sculpt is far more impressive than 17 and 18's.

They're all still similar to each other, with exception of Battle of Z (which the Figuarts looks closest to at best, unfortunately).

Can't complain much because I'm still really glad about the PC release (and it looks like they tried to fix up the eyes a bit), but it's sad that Figuarts Cell had to come out in the time where Figuarts in general were kinda shit.
