I think they're usually a solid plastic with flocking on top for the fuzz. You can find these at toys r us, claire's, sometimes at gas stations too.

its in the damn url, it's the title of the advert. They're from Claire's, they're called Friend Critter Keyrings. Seeing as how I'm not a twat I went to Claires website where I searched keyrings and found similar elephants.
