Why does current CHUG suck so much? Why did they throw away the concept of remaking classic characters with a modernized design and are just making blocky and aesthetically obnoxious copies of the exact same G1 designs with slightly more articulation? Did Hasbro run out of money?

I'm really out of touch with this fandom, does anyone else share my distaste for post-2012 figures? It often feels like the Prime and FoC toys released that year were the last genuinely great collections. 2013 and 2014 had horrible Best Hunters and incredibly scarce and disappointing Bayverse toys, but at least there were some proper Generations figures. From 2015 and beyond, everything just seems to sort of suck.

The only thing that's still great in Transformers until now is Masterpieces, tbqh.

I know Galvatron has the crown that goes on the face. What about the other Voyager class figures? Does the mask get in the way of the head articulation?
