Anyone knows how to open this ? It has something out of place inside and if I open it with force I probably gonna damage it

There's no visible screws on the outside?
Test the resistance on the plastic band to see if it moves at all

No screws at all this is the only hole outside the plastic

You could try drilling a small hole in the side and sticking something long and thin in to push the piece into place.

Have you tried twisting it or sliding the plastic band? The impression in the plastic leads me to think it may pop open if twisted.

Those blue and yellow plastic bands are glued together where they meet. If you remove them, you be able to access the screws that keep the plastic ball together.
