How does /toy/ generally handle posing their figures? Do you like putting them in a signature pose? Or do you let your imagination take over? Or are you like me and just put them in a stoic but dynamic standing stance?
Just getting these two into those poses took an hour of my life. I've realized that my lack of patience plus the improvement of poseability on modern figures has made posing figures a chore. How about you?

It depends on the figure but generally I try to do dynamic poses and other times replicate specific ones. At worst I usually reference different examples online and try to see what I can work with but sometimes I just wing it until an idea suddenly pops up. If the figure is a bit tricky to work with like Figuarts Kamen Rider Ghost then I tinker with him until I get something.
The poses on the package are often some of the best looking. Or look at the best poses in the source material.
