It's just a scan that shows customs has scanned your package for possible random inspection , doesn't mean they will do it . It pretty much putty your package on a cart and that's it . It it gets open it will have another scan .. There's never a issue at all .

This is a new thing, my dude. Just means they have it. Every one of my purchases since EMS went up has had this on the Japan post tracking website. Checking USPS, says nothing like this. No problem at all.
