No, they're in stock at both amazon and ebay. However it's a roulette every time because the bootlegs penetrates so deep that it makes its ways to "2ndary" toy stores like local comic books, gamestop and FYEs.

About a couple of weeks ago, NECAstore even had him back up on ebay then many anons on NECA thread quickly realized that NECA has found a stash of bootlegs somewhere in the corner of their warehouse and sold it as the real thing

Check the NECA vault on eBay at times. Just last month they had like 40 of'em for only $20 each. I think they sold out though, I dunno.
