Can anybody help me out with what exactly these are? I tried searching them up but got no results for the toys themselves. They're clear plastic, and the backs are rough. I assume they were meant to be drawn on. Found them all in a drawer while cleaning. I know the character is Mattel's Poochie, but the actual kind of toys these are eludes me. They say they were copyrighted 1983.
