For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

Well, finally deciding to get around to at least plan the colors for CHROME MACHINE!!. I'm going to turn the green into chrome, and the dark gray into black chrome, but have no idea what to turn the light green into. I was also wanting to incorporate holomatic spectral chrome after seeing some images of it on kits, perhaps on the upper-body armor, shoulder discs, arm armor, and shin plates?

And thats it. The VF has no need to transform into any other forms, just unplug the leg/arm assembly and equip to the gril, then transform the rest of the VF and plug it into the back.

But its just a concept anon, things could change(like never ever releasing).

Hard to blame them, considering that they expected Age to be the big saviour of Gundam for kids and then that turned out to be a nostalgia wank toy show.

Hobbylinkjapan works better than Amiami, shipping costs wise, if you play a bit with the private warehouse.
Otherwise, yeah I get them via Amazon/ebay, sometimes. Be wary of using EMS with HLJ though, they use chronopost once the package is in France, who overcharges the TVA tax with their own bullshit fee.

You can't sue people for reviewing your products (even if they are making money from the review) unless you have evidence that they are outright falsifying information. Basically its protected like parody is.

It's also really not worth sueing over and usually is bad press if you do. Companies will even occasionally send larger reviewers free new products to help advertise them.

Sending a C&D or asking a site to take something down (Or in the case of youtube they take it down themselves before even being asked) is not the same as a lawsuit. You can send letters and requests like that willy nilly for the stupidest of reasons because technically it is a private matter and the law is not involved in it yet. Its only if one party ignores the request or decides to escalate it into court that it becomes a legal issue.

They can't sue you over it without looking like idiots and assholes, but they can sure as hell send letters just like any old senior citizen dissatisfied with something.

If the final finish of the armor is different than the frame top coat separately.

Scratched paint is something that always happen on parts like the inner frame. It is suggested to sand the parts a bit if the fit is too tight and result in paint scratches.

I skip the gloss black if I feel it won't affect the final finish.

Just vacuum. Or build one of those clean boxes. Those boxes where it's isolated from the outside and you interact with the contents using gloves connected to the box. I've seen some people build it using a clear plastic tub and rubber gloves.

it's not much of a challenge to cover something with paint in 1 coat, the trick is to cover in paint in as thin layer(s) as possible, that's where airbrush and multiple coats usually come into play

thin coats also tend to dry much faster and not grab dust out of the air (which your coat seems to have)

>>5667394
yeah, you can even build a whole clean room for working with resin.

or, you know, you can just wet sand it nice and slow by hand and avoid the expense

Graze frames are different from gundam frames. Beyond that, I don't know.

The main issue is the knee joints. On the gusion they are separateable at the joint and you can just pop the gusions lower leg onto them.

On barbatos the joint is fixed in place by the lower leg parts and will need more than a little cutting to get it to connect to gusions lower leg.

You will also need to trim the gusions waist armor to fit around the frame.

Looks good.
Grimgerde without the helmet wings really rustle me though, more than it should. I WANT to like it because it's neat, but the more I look at it, the more I want to punch newborn infants as hard as I can.

As for gold details, having fancy gold trimmings like pic related might look neat, since it's all ornate and knightly and the grimgoose has that knightly look to it. I heard it's pretty easy to do, using decorations they use for fingernails, or something. I think? I don't remember, some anons told me about it before but I barely remember what they told me about it.

No, the box specifically had Gundam ZZ.

I wanted Nacht, but this will do. Nice!

Soldering the connections works best, but you can use wrap wire as well. Just look up basic led guides, there's dozens of them out there.

Basic LEDs are like the most entry level of wiring and so simple even an idiot like me can do them.

I'd buy it.

That... actually looks really great. The Tallgeese looks mixes pretty well with the Grimgerde, especially the white color.
The head still bothers me, but nowhere near as much as that other guy's, I guess because it has that thing on it. The head without anything on it just feels naked, and wrong.
>>
>>5668990
The head looks terrible... It's almost formless, like an albino killer whale suddenly developed a human spine and it's tilting its head down at you. It sounds creepy in theory but it looks silly as shit because it has no jawline.

Should you completely snap fit a kit together then disassemble before painting?
>>
>>5669019
Not necessarily. Use your best judgement.
>>
>>5669019
If you're snapping it together before painting the kit, you should be thinning/shortening the pegs and tabs while making their respective holes a bit wider for easier disassembly.

Otherwise, paint it first and then put it together.
>>
>>5669019
Partially. If you're gonna seam weld, then cut the pegs at an angle so they won't snap together so firmly before building. This way you can see where parts chafe and may scratch at the paint before you disassemble to paint.

Looked like shit? Maybe the MG ones, but the Figurise 6 Kamen Riders were better than Figuarts in many ways. Also, the Star Wars models are pretty much FIgurise as they use some of the same techniques and polycaps.

Why does Koto kits rarely uses Stickers and Decals?

I want to get a Koto kit that is not a FA/G, but they're a pain to paint
>>
>>5669043
Because paint looks better than stickers.
>>

>wanting koto to go the way of bandai's stickers
pls no, I don't want them to stop doing waterslides and give shitty stickers instead

On that topic though HobbySearch put up preorders for Gundam Decals so I guess Bandai hasn't completely forsaken waterslides

Is B-daman considered gunpla/plamo?

Look, you can stay, but just don't start anything.

CALLED IT! Did a review of the Efreet Custom yesterday, and totally saw P-Bandai Kits coming. The runners were set up for that. Best thing is though, you can make this guy just by stealing a bazooka from another kit and scratch building some Kunai, which should be simple.

Gold inner frame details might not be a bad idea actually. I know I want to keep the skirt red, as if it was cloth a knight would wear. Likewise, the shoulders and some bits on the arms/lower legs would be silver like where armor would go.

Also, the headpiece needs a slot to go in. I can either sand down the notch (and some of the rest of the mohawk) to shape and glue it on, or make a slot on Grim's head.

>>5668946
I don't mind helm wings in general, but the ones on the kit are way too long. And not many knight helms had wings. I'd prefer a horn or something anyway.

That's a good idea for the gold trimmings though, never heard of that method. I'll try adding them to the skirt for sure. Just gotta figure out where to put the silver.

Of course the Efreet S is a P-bandai, hopefully they make the HGUC one a standard since that thing stole the episode in awesome grunt of the episode, just like the Gallus did.
