Fujiko definitely is the better of the two, though. I'd put Widow's head on the body, or something. I dunno, the face for Widow doesn't look great, which is really weird because Bandai has been pretty on point with real faces lately. Very disappointing, and the web exclusive is just further off-putting. I'm passing, the line is getting too large for me to get them all anyway unless some of them just tank and become easy to find second-hand.

Bandai needs to invest in some 3d scanners like Hasbro does and fly celebrities over to Japan, instead of taking magazine photos and printing copies onto slipshod sculpts. That way people like this no longer have to pretend that engineering of a toy matters most.

I don't give a flying fart about the Avengers, but I'm glad for those that do now that they have an actual non-shitty figure available for Black Widow. There's problems for sure (notably the total lack of arse) but it looks pretty damn poseable, a lot better engineered than the ML and the face honestly looks OK. Also this is, as far as I can tell, a prototype so there's a good chance it'll look better once it's out.

Of course there is the possibility of glorious Figma arse engineering but their real life faces aren't so good. Though even then it literally HAS to be better than SingleElbowJoints McCustardPaint.

I sure hope the guy who did the replacement heads for Cap and Hulk does some for BW. She looks like Sarah Jessica Parker.
