There's a pretty large, interesting, cast to choose from. The main retail line is getting away with minimal articulation paired with immobile figurines. It's a mix, but it works. The scale allows for more product too, like with Star Wars, small meant vehicles and playsets.

Indeed man as long as there are some amount of woods nearby there will be wild animals. The roadkill on the sides of the roads wasn't just dropped off there by the roadkill fairy, the wild animal had to live in the area.

Craziest thing I personally ever witnessed was on a busy highway just barely outside of a shopping mall town, it was just wide farmer fields with a few buildings in that area nothing heavily wooded, but suddenly a entire group of deer come bursting out from behind a church building and bounding across the highway with no care given that there were cars zipping past yet not one of them got hit by a car.

-paint is a MESS. Of the dozen sets I looked at, this was the best one. Misplaced aps (I noticed my Judy's nose paint is actually on her lips), rough edges, etc. (Nick's tail is quite bad)

For pvc's they're not bad and I think has the best looking versions of Nick & Judy. You also get most of the cast in one go. On the bad side, this is something you need to get in store so you can compare the paint. And if you're going to be mixing them in with the figures, you're gonna get some doubles if you're after all the tiny minifigures too.

This ele-Finnick's ears and trunk are actually a hood that can come down. He speaks when you squeeze his belly. Toots when the nose is on, says a couple of lines with a deep gruff voice when his nose is down.

When I saw it in-store the trunk was fixed on with those plastic ties you have to cut. There was one that the staff had cut as a demo though. Parents who don't notice are gonna be hella confused when they start hearing him speak for the first time.

As far as figures of Nick and Judy go it seems like the Disney Infinity ones are the best right? The action figures are okay I guess, but the DI ones look much more detailed and nicer overall.
I assume the best plushies available are the talking ones, the smaller printed cheap ones look pretty bad.
Sadly I don't live near a Disney Store but I think I'll probably be going with the plushies or DI figures. So far this seems like more of a blog post than anything so sorry about that, am I missing anything toy-wise?

Showed up in the mail today and other than the fact that his tie was broken in the box, I'm very impressed. It looks exactly as good as the pics I posted. The only thing is for whatever reason I assumed this was gonna be around 3 inches and it's more like 7-1/2.
