I'm still not sure whether he's supposed to be a thinly veiled jab at how shit gangsta rap is or if he's a genuine endorsement of racism but I don't care either way. He's hilarious.

McD in Hong Kong still uses him. He's there after 6 or 9 pm menu mascot. From time to time they have something with him for sale.

There's also a McD near Chicago that still has a statue of him in the restaurant.
