And even if he made it all from scratch, all of the engineering is done with casted resin and metal pins and shit, and it's a duplicate (since 2 already sold). In other words, he's selling off a several of a kind maybe $1k engineered product as as $100k product. That's some serious shit, and if some people actually bought this for $100k, they deserve to be wasting their money.

The listing specified that the doll's sold out. A lot of time these small sellers would set the price of a sold out listing to be ridiculously high to prevent people from bidding on them, this way they get to keep the listing active instead of closing it down and having to restart a new one once they have merchandise for sale again. This is probably what this person was doing.

Yeah I see this happen a lot, otherwise they have to pay another fee every time. Its not a very big fee but it adds up over time and this way you just have to swap out the pictures and description for the new item. Its also why some of the "one of a kind" listings will say 2 in stock, because that way when the actual item sells the listing won't automatically finish.
