Do you guys think that Yukata Madoka was probably slated to be released at AX, like how Maiko Madoka was. But they decided against it, due to various reasons.

I want to ask that at the GSC panel, but I probably won't waste a question like that.

If you notice the rest of the exclusives are all mostly remodels except for the kantai collection boss. This yukata madoka seemed to be along those lines, but they released it separately.

Strange that they're opening a factory in Japan, you'd think the increase in costs in comparison to the current Chinese factories would scare them off it. Short of massive amounts of automation to reduce the amount of labourers needed I don't see how they can do it without having to raise prices even further. Maybe it'd make more sense if we knew what they would be making there.

I have a question concerning Nendo structure and build.

Is there an infographic or online listing for compatible parts that aren't faceplates or hands?

I just received both a Haruhi (009) and Tomoko (372) today via Mandarake. While playing with them and putting them in poses I noticed how radically different Haruhi was from Tomoko. I wanted to switch their bottom halves and come to find out that Haruhi's socket for her legs and Tomoko's legs were so different it was like two different companies made them. I understand that Goodsmile has been around for quite a while and most likely had went through some experimental stages with it's earlier models and sculpts like any good company would, but it would be nice if there were some way to find out what can be switched with what when you buy a new Nendo. I would imagine a majority of the newer models are highly compatible (as I found out earlier with some of my other figs) but even some like Strength TV have radically different arm and shoulder sockets that don't combine well with others, as I found out today when I tried to give Tomoko Strength's arms.

Do any of you have some insight on this issue? I'm not expecting full compatibility with every model nor am I unsatisfied with what I have, I just want to "mix it up" a bit from time to time. I own 10 as of right now, only started recently, so the number of possible combinations for things is making my head spin.

The earliest nendoroids are fairly crappy and are not really compatible with newer nendoroids, since they have been updated for the better. Simple as that. Once had nendo Light Yagami, his head weighed almost as much as a baseball and the old nendo stand didn't hold their bodies properly, sold him off immediately.

I have received Luigi. Will post pics later. He's definitely my favourite Nendo since the Colossal Titan and Strength.

I would appreciate some re-releases of her Alphamax sculpt and also pic related. They tend to go for outrageous highs on Mandarake. I know it won't happen, but still. My chances of getting the hard disk camouflage version from Alpha with glass legs is higher than that.

Guys, I have a serious question about Touhou Nendos, especially Reimu (#74).

Was she built out of wax candles and broken promises? She is so extremely fragile! I went to remove the neck swivel from her head pieces and both of them managed to break from hardly any pressure at all. To top it off, I tried swiveling her hair to remove the broken piece in her neck hole and the hair swivel also broke, I felt like I was trying to pick up 10,000 year old Egyptian mummy sarcophagus sand.

What do I do? This is the first time I've ever hamhanded anything. Was there some kind of recall I wasn't aware of? Has anyone else had this specific problem with Reimu or any other Nendo? I realize I can't be the only person, but I just can't figure out how something I've done a number of times before hand to other Nendos has somehow caused this travesty.

For now I have used a spare neck swivel from another set to get her head back on. Did it weaken from the wears of time? Oh gosh, I'm just so livid right now! I'm afraid to try and do anything else with her like replace her hands or bottom.

There's your problem anon, those early nendos had a weird pvc/abs mixture leading to brittleness.

You can just use joints from the newer nendos to remedy the issues.

No it is the nendoroid playset western 04 both A and B.

The A version was so fucking hard to find, since i stared collecting this year, but i found a new one on a german doll webbsite. I love this playset.
