Blue looks really disappointing for limited. Aside from Favorable Winds fliers and maybe Merfolk Tribal if you get decent support in your first 2 or 3 picks, I really don't see the color ever being your primary choice.

Would have been good if they had gotten a decent huge fish at common or uncommon to benefit from Treasures, but those aren't a huge help either since there's nothing big to ramp into in blue. Might be able to cut a land or two more than usual in an aggressive Treasure-heavy deck, but that's also way too high variance to actually work.
