Yes. In fact, it's noted that while Superman is fighting Doomsday (in the Death of Superman arc from 1992) that their punches were hitting each other so hard that they were shattering windows in other cities dozens if not hundreds of miles away.

The eruption of Krakatoa in 1883 was noted as being heard three thousand miles away, still louder than a gunshot. Everyone within 40 miles of the eruption itself actually had their eardrums shattered because it was so loud.
