The one in this doesn't, but the chestbursters from Aliens do. The entire reason the Aliens look the way they do is because they have human DNA integrated. If you look at concept art of what they're like under the exoskeleton, it's basically a stretched and mutated human skeleton. As the reclaimer I can provide team healing, and reduce the amount of time we spend in the dungeon because I know the right way to butcher everything we come across and will do plenty of hunting of lesser beasties on the side. I can probably fend for myself in a fight or at least stay out of the way of the critters while everyone else does the fighting, although I will likely ask Brock for sword and board lessons to improve my utility there.

Lily will be protected by her pets in combat, and her utility is multifaceted. She can improve our striking power, put up sentries (or bait animals) that will keep predators from ambushing our camp, and tame trackers that will lead us to the most valuable creatures when even I can't.

Yukiko is the nuke launcher that will bog down and delay large enemies, and slaughter hordes of smaller enemies. Great crowd control, can hide behind Brock when it comes to defense.

And Brock is our main tank and damage output, who can beat the biggest baddies to death and protect all the things and hopefully take me under his wing and help me to git gud too.

Doppleganger, who appears as the adversary, except with a hat (additional hat, if need be)
Edward Drake: A man with a hat so nice I don't think I could control him if I tried.
El Tigre: His mask will be removed and replaced with a proper hat if it is the last thing I do.
Sato Tanaka: I actually have no beef with him, but he's convinced I'm going to try and cover his topknot with a hat.
