As great or awful as the game may be, I think most (if not all) the characters in Overwatch would make for some interesting encounters.

I'm gonna take a stab at Roadhog first since he seems pretty simple and go from there, you're welcome to join in.

Actions
Multiattack-Roadhog makes one attack with his meathook and one attack with his scrapgun

Meathook- Melee Weapon Attack, +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8+3 slashing damage

Scrapgun -Range weapon attack, 5 shots, reload, one target. If target is within 30 ft, +7 to hit.

Chain Hook (Recharge 5-6)- +3 to hit, range 30/60, one target, 1d8 slashing damage. One successful hit, target must succeed a DC 15 Str saving throw or be pulled directly to Roadhog. Roadhog may then make a melee or scrapgun attack as a bonus action.

Take A Breather (2/day, costs 2 actions) Roadhog recovers 100 hit points, moves 15ft, and gains resistance to all non-magical damage until the start of his next turn.

Legendary Action
Whole Hog (1/day)-Roadhog uses fires a continuous blast from his scrap gun. All creatures within a 30ft cube must make a DC 15 Con saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d8 damage and is pushed back 30 ft, half damage on a successful save and is not pushed.

Life Steal- Anytime Reaper does damage, 1/5th of damage done is converted to hit points

Actions
Multiattack- Reaper makes two attacks with his shotguns

2 Hellfire Shotguns- Range weapon attack, 8 shots each, +8 to hit, range 30/90
3d8 piercing at half normal range (15ft or less)
2d8 piercing up to normal range
1d8 piercing at long range. Pellet spread increases chance of hitting at these ranges, Reaper does not suffer disadvantage for attacking at long range

Shadow Step (Recharge 5-6, costs 2 actions)- Reaper teleports to a place he can see within 120ft. Shadow step triggers opportunity attacks.

Wraith Form (Recharge 6)- Reaper becomes incorporeal and is immune to all non-magical damage and may move up to 60 ft. Reaper may not make attacks or take any other action while in wraith form. Reaper will become corporeal again at the start of his next turn.

Reaction

Reaper may use Wraith form as a reaction.

Legendary Action

Death Blossom (1/day)- All creatures within a 25ft sphere of Reaper must make a DC 16 Dex saving throw or take 12d8 damage, or half as much on a failed save.

Heavy Armor- While Reinhardt has more that 160 hit points, he has resistance to all non-magical damage.

Barrier Field- Reinhardt can activate a 10ftx15ft frontal barrier field that moves with him and blocks damage from the front. The field has 800 hp that once depleted recharges 100 hp per hour of rest. Reinhardt’s movement is halved when the field is up, he cannot attack, and it requires an action to activate. The field does not block melee attacks and can be dismissed as a free action.

Actions

Multiattack- Reinhardt can make two attacks with his rocket hammer or one with his hammer and one fire strike.

Rocket Hammer- Melee attack, +9 to hit reach 5ft, cleave. 2d10 bludgeoning damage. Damages all creatures within a 5ft cube of Reinhardt.

Fire Strike (Recharge 5-6)- All creatures within a 90ft straight line of Reinhardt must make a DC 13 Dex saving throw or take 6d12 fire damage, or half as much on a successful save.

Charge (Recharge 5-6, costs 2 actions)- Reinhardt propels himself in a straight line for 90 ft. The first creature he makes contact with must make a DC 13 Dex check or be moved with Reinhardt and take 2d6 bludgeoning damage. If the charge pushes a creature into solid terrain, that creature takes an additional 4d12 bludgeoning damage.

Legendary Action

Earthshatter (1/day)- All creatures in a 60ft cone must succeed a DC 17 Str saving throw or recieve 2d10 bludgeoning damage, is knocked prone, and becomes stunned. On a successful save, creatures take half damage and are not stunned

Shields- Zenyatta has 33 temporary hit points in addition to his base health. If at the start of his turn he has not taken damage since the end of his last turn, he will regenerate 8 temporary hit points per turn until he receives damage, to a max regeneration of 33 hitpoints.


Actions

Multiattack- Zenyatta makes two Orb of Destruction attacks.

Orb of Destruction- Ranged attack 100/300 ft, + 6 to hit, one target, 20 shots. Hit 1d8+2 bludgeoning damage

Orb of Harmony- As a bonus action Zenyatta can apply this orb to a friendly target he can see within 100 ft. That target regains 10 hit points at the start of each of its turns. The effect lasts until Zenyatta loses sight of the target, or if he applies the Orb of Harmony to another target.

Orb of Discord- As a bonus action, Zenyatta can apply this orb to a non-friendly target that he can see within 100ft. Whenever the target takes damage, it takes an additional 1d8 necrotic. The effect lasts until Zenyatta loses sight of the target, or if he applies the Orb of Discord to another target.

Orb Volley (costs 2 actions)- Zenyatta charges his orbs and prepares for a burst of damage. He may not apply Orbs of Harmony or Discord while performing this action, but maintains his normal movement speed. At the start of his next turn, Zen may Release 3 of his orbs immediately for a ranged attack 100/300ft, +6 to hit, 3d8+6 bludeoning damage.
He may also choose add an orb at 1d8+2 bludgeoning damage at the cost of one action per orb. Zen cannot charge more than 5 orbs at once, and must release them at the end of the second turn of charging. For purpose of Orb of Discord, each orb counts as an individual attack.

Legendary Action

Transcendance (1/day)- Zenyatta’s speed is doubled and he is immune to all damage or effects. He cannot take an action except to dash. Zenyatta recovers all his normal and temporary hit points. All allies who start their turn within 60 feet of Zenyatta regain 40 hit points at the start of each of their turns. This ability lasts for 2 rounds.


that statblock from caniswolfman24 had a lot of great ideas, so a lot of my stat block is similiar minus some changes i felt were more appropriate.
