Eye rays: Each has an effect similar to the individual effect from Prismatic spells, so that's 1-7. 8, 9, and 10 should be modifier rays that the Beholderkin can fire into its rays to enhance the effects, such as an ectoplasmic metamagic modifier to hit incorporeals, an empowering metamagic modifier to increase damage, and the last would be a splitter ray that it fires along the other ray's path to increase the number of targets for the ray.

BONUS: The rays can be fired together and combined.

One eye acts like an achemist jug and fires: fresh water, salt water, poison, oil, acid, beer, honey, vinegar, wine or mayonnaise.
