She starts out as the skeleton. Skeletons are immortal but she has Boneitis and will die soon, so you can either put her soul into a robot or capture a human woman and transfer her into that body. Once she's a human she realizes humans aren't immortal like her skeleton race, so she seeks out some other ritual to rectify that and can become a vampire. I don't remember how you get the Frankenstein one.
