Just wanted to draw attention to Brighthammer 40k : https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Setting:Brighthammer_40,000/2nd_edition
A noblebright take on the warhammer universe. I wanted to get discussions rolling and increase attraction to this AU.

It just something that I found really cool and wanted to see if anyone else was interested.

We need squats

They will live! I'll make an additional Faction entry for them then. I don't know much about squats. SHould I just steal stuff from the wiki or are we just going to make it up?

No, and this kind of behavior is incredibly autistic.
Do you even fucking play traditional games?

Don't respond to shitposters, anon. They just want attention.

Fair enough. I might also be making changes occasionally to the wiki sense I have it open and I actually feel slightly motivated to do so for once.
Can't say I'm a fan
The fun of 40k is that it is grim and dark... And that despite the ambiguity, The Emperor and Humanity legitimately are the "good guys", but in the form of grim salvation as the Jaq Draco novels put it. This setting feels like it can't totally shake the grimdark roots, but says it's noblebright and looks nicer on the surface. On top of that it kind of missed the point: this setting is THE FUTURE but 40k was always meant to be a tragic setting
Just my opinion

Understandable. Sometimes I just like to think of warhammer in a different light. After I read Dead men walking I needed a break from grim dark. I do respect your onions good sir.
